MAIN TASKS

• Prepare, coordinate, monitor & control Discipline Engineering resource requirements and fulfilment on need basis to each Project team.
• Provide leadership and support to the Discipline Engineering team.
• Initiate and ensure proper teambuilding of the Discipline Engineering team
• Ensure appropriate information exchange between engineering disciplines.
• Develop the development plan for the Discipline Engineering team.
• Ensure optimal utilization of Discipline engineering resources based on need basis.
• Planning of Additional resource from EP or Contractors on Demand basis.
• Selection of Additional resources and ensure that Discipline engineering team full fill BPC requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Bachelor degree with major study in Mechanical/Chemical/E&I Engineering
• Having highly proactive attitude with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly independent and possess excellent leadership capabilities
• Highly organized and motivated
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
• Good proficiency of English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience at Senior Manager level within an engineering environment in chemical or oil and gas industry
