Job Title: Accounting Administrator

Location: Jordan Head Office

Department: Accounting

Role Purpose

The Accounting Administrator– Shared Services is responsible for providing clerical accounting activities inorder to deliver an effective and efficient end to end service to the Group

Key Accountabilities

  • Process transactions according to stated procedures so that all transactionsare recorded in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, labelling,filing, data entry and database administration (when applicable)
  • Screen incoming mail and/or telephone calls, redirect correspondence and callers to appropriate staffin order to support the efficient workflow of the department
  • Ensure high level of customer service is delivered and maintained andthat internal customers are satisfied by meeting all internal SLAs and by followingup on requests in a timely manner 

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent Technical Degree
  • years of experience is a similar field
  • Proficiency in MS Office​
